describe the forces. in that vein then, if you believe it s a short-term pause, is the u.s. and nato providing enough military support to ukraine to maintain that pressure on the russian military? i think they are both in the weapons that they re difficult to get to them. yes, 300. some of the systems and we re talking over the weekend, possibly providing them tanks. it s just too difficult to try to get some of those larger weapons systems this, but the javelins and the stingers and the like i think are good but the other thing that the u.s. is providing is intel. and specifically, where these units are on the ground that are giving those guerilla units to get them in the middle of the light. the artillery batteries and shelling in kyiv and creating the tremendous damage to the cities there. so the intel is also part of it. that kind of soft power, i think, is really helpful to the ukrainian military. again, at the end of the day, russia still has tremendous military force they re g
and it s not that far away. i mean, there s a regular commute in certain regards with people traveling to visit family, and this does bring the war closer to home. rustov is a decent size city. it s not outside of the range of where this particular campaign unfolded. these are cities, decent-size cities relatively close to the ukrainian border that are likely to be drawn into putin s war, and this is part of the consequence of putin s action. but i think there s something interesting to be said about the nature of this war. it is not a guerilla war. this is the 21st century war where a lot of these battles will unfold around cities, around population centers. yes, there will be some of these ambushes, anti-armor ambushes, the ukrainians have proven to be masterful at conducting these and destroying large quantities of equipment, but they ve also been using a lot of other conventional capabilities. when able, air power,
