Journalist Mariana Palau Reflects on 2021 Breakthrough Journalism Award Win. Please join the Pulitzer Center on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at 3:00pm EST for a virtual conversation with Mariana Palau, a Colombian American freelance multimedia journalist who won the Center's 2021 Breakthrough Journalism Award.  Palau will discuss the impact the award has had on her, as well as Colombia: After the Peace Deal, her Pulitzer Center-supported project that paved the way for her win.
