Coast Guard Air Station Kodiak provided an HC-130J Super Hercules crew.
Coast Guard Air Station Sitka provided an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter.
Coast Guard Sector Juneau provided a 45-foot Response Boat-Medium.
The crews completed four joint boardings. They advised the vessels about safety, and the rules currently in effect for the US-Canadian border, and specifically the Taku Inlet.
For instance, vessels are required to submit the proper Notice of Arrival information in accordance with federal regulations when they arrive from a foreign port.
