The Guam Department of Education is working on getting pay increases for teachers, similar to the increase recently granted to law enforcement officers.
Public schools will continue full face-to-face instruction and currently have no plans to shut down or go to remote learning, despite the rising number of COVID-19 cases.
Guam Department of Education Deputy Superintendent Joe Sanchez said that since coming back to school full-time, students have been doing well academically.
