like that. reporter: as the family honors their son s life, they just want justice. police say he s considered armed and dangerous. if you know anything about this case you re asked to call police. paul chambers, ktvu news. chevron has apologized from that fire that erupted from its refinery and tonight it s gathering the community together to talk about what happened. we have live team coverage tonight. ken pretty chit pritchett is live where he got some answers on what caused that fire. we have some of the answers but not all of them. chevron says this started as a small leak that rapidly expanded. two hours before flames erupted sending thick black smoke into the air, emergency crews knew there was a problem. at 4:30 is when they noticed that the leak was occurring and this was a small maybe 20 drips per minute type of a leak in this line. reporter: chevron fire chief mark ire says the leak was coming from an 8-inch pipe at refinery four. ire says emergency res
