서울 서대문구 서대문역 남측과 성북구 장위12구역, 중구 약수역 인근, 울산 중구 울산혁신도시 남측이 고층 아파트 단지로 탈바꿈한다
국토교통부는 도심 공공주택 복합사업 6차 후보지로 서울 서대문구 1곳, 성북구 1곳, 중구 1곳과 울산 중구 1곳 등 총 4곳을 선정했다고 3일 발표했다.
이들 지역에선 평균 359% 용적률이 적용되는 고밀 개발을 통해 4500가구 규모의 신규 주택이 공급될 예정이다.
