Were told by investigators the man identified himself as an officer and ordered a driver to pull over. It happened thursday afternoon near 17th and West Highland avenue. Police have yet to say how he was caught. Uniform and his car was similar to an unmarked squad car. Those that frequent the area tell us this is particularly disturbing since a school filled with children is nearby. Im going to stress the fact that a school is there. That makes it that more unsettling for me as a parent and staff member. Experts say you have a right to ask for an id from an officer and make sure it matches their badge number.
