Welcome everyone to the second day of the 2018 meeting o of the nations governors. Yesterday with great discussions of how governors are white with our H International partners wih australia to enhance their economies, advancing the food and Agriculture Industries in their states, and tackling the opioid crisis. I really do want to extend my thanks to our australian friends, our mates, i guess as we affection to call them, and the individual governors who led the sessions yesterday. I thought they were extraordinary. I know i can speak myself and speak for the upper governors that weor learn so much so far, and today promises to do the same. We also had a great evening last night, a bipartisan Relationship Building during the nga party so hope everyone had a good time with that. This winter meeting we are privileged to have attended for marquis domestic partners including former governors and white house intergovernmental staff. Their presence is really appreciated and we thank you for
