Slowly restarting after a nearly threemonth lockdown just as some say china may have stayed silent too long. The birth of a pandemic. In my district over the last ten years, ive last 400 units of Affordable Housing. On the east side of San Francisco, there are several amazing nonprofit organizations that help stabilize these buildings through acquisition and property management. On the west side, we simply do not have the organizational capacity to meet this need
