I guess, you know, we have been through a difficult time in the uk around banking and controls and lending has led to big issues historically in the past and global issues, also the uk issues resolved by controls in place. Sitting from our perspective, we have seen in terms of the reform of the banking in the uk and it has led to a rebuilding of the economy and the austerity we have had to be a part of in terms of getting the deficit down is supported by better banking, better controls. What is the legislation you put in place that has had the biggest impact and a better Accounting System for the banks and relationship between the i think the controls we have seen is around the criteria for lending.
