Saudi arabia has begun an investigation in to the stampede that killed more than 700 people during the hajj pilgrimage. Hundreds more have been injured. Its the worst disaster during the pilgrimage in more than two decades of the crush happened on the outskirts of the holy city of mecca in a place called mina.
