go into the union, run into the ground schools, all of these things add up. where are the pastors, priests, where are the churches? chicago is the black epicenter of the intelligenceia, where are they all? a lot of folks, pastors, black, white, hispanic, are doing their part. the issue is chicago has a serious gang problem, whether you re talking about blacks, hispanics, whites. that has always been the case. i think one of the things that has to happen, you have to have the surge attitude to the police going into neighborhoods people who are not afraid of the cops. a kid the other day was gunned down, dying in a cop s hand and the cop said who shot you and the kid to his death said i m still not going to tell you. i mean, come on. give me a break. the killing fields out here, it s devastating communities. i understand the pastor s
