Flip this rental property so it doesnt matter. So what we are seeing is a lot of these developers and Property Owners dont even live in San Francisco. The damage that is happening to these sort of neighborhoods as far as the vibrant community that people want to live in and be in and walking, its damaging. These people dont even live there and they are setting the terms for who gets to operate there and who gets to enjoy it. For me as a restaurant business, for me there will be many more people coming in to my business because we offer food and beverages. We almost lost a lease because we couldnt come to an agreement. Weve seen other places close their doors, we have seen art gallery shutter because they couldnt come to an agreement with their landlord and we have agreed to their demands and it works for us. Its hard because i can see it in both ways but there needs to be something that protects the viability of these business in the small neighborhoods. To speak about how this Busines
