NORTH IBERVILLE PARISH (WAFB) - While many of the students in school today havenât had to deal with dial-up internet, those in rural parts of Louisiana are struggling with internet speeds that are similar.
The fortunate students who have access to the internet in North Iberville Parish say it is spotty at best and never works when they need it.
