New Clifton Park Italian Deli Opening Soon On Grooms Road Amidst all the sandwich chains in the area, having another local deli will be a great addition in the CP. Don t get me wrong. I love me some Jersey Mikes. But when it comes to really great sandwiches and deli meats, nothing beats a great, local run family deli. Clifton park is about to get a new one at the new Rexford Landing Shopping Center at the intersection of Grooms Road and Vischer Ferry Road in Clifton Park. According to a Saratoga Business Journal story, Raffaele s Italian Deli and Import will open at the new shopping complex sometime in April or May and will .offer prepared meals, pizza, subs, and other take-out dishes. Imported meats and cheeses (will be) sold by the pound. The deli will also feature local goods from spots like Bella Napoli and the Cookie Factory. Saratoga Business Journal says there will be some indoor seating, but no wait service.
