In 2022 trade in food and agricultural raw materials between Belarus and Russia's Sverdlovsk Oblast totaled $90.7 million (170% as against 2021). Belarus' export totaled $84.6 million (172.7%), with import at $6.1 million (140.5%).
Belarus' Deputy Prime Minister Leonid Zayats informed MPs about the efforts to upgrade and retool the processing industry as he spoke at a joint meeting of the two chambers of the Belarusian parliament, BelTA has learned.
The dairy industry will be represented by Bellakt, Molochny Mir, Primemilk, Slutsk Cheese-Making Plant, Lida Milk Plant. The meat industry will be represented by Veles-Meat, Volkovysk Meat Processing Plant, Grodno Meat Packing Plant, Slonim Meat Processing Plant and Agrocombinat Dzerzhinsky.
