Cottage Grove police are investigating after the gruesome discovery of eight dead dogs, found stacked up on Grey Cloud Island. Officers say there are no obvious signs of ongoing abuse and it looks as if they were at one time someone's pets.
Police are asking for public help identifying the person responsible for leaving 8 dead dogs near the Mississippi River. The dogs were discovered Sunday afternoon.
