months. the argument has been set for the first week in november. i think the prospects for arizona are not high. this is a very tough case. the judge entered an opinion about 36 pages she upheld a lot of law, about five or six provisions of the law she sustained. some of the most controversial provisions she said no it falls because this is the power of congress and arizona has intruded into the powers of congress with respect to immigration. greta: what do you think about everyone talks about the 9th circuit as being a liberal court. i was looking at a judge on the 9th circuit looking at the list, two by reagan, three carter one by skwrourpblg hw bus, 7 is it unfair for us to play the game who an point which judge and try predict or do judges somehow can we predict the outcome a little bit? i think it is inevitable that people look to who the
