We still have a little rain lingering at the shore line. This is light rain at best. So we have spot showers that will continue in the forecast especially along the shore through your morning and even your early afternoon. But the heaviest rain has now moved out. Lets take a wide view and you can see we are still tracking some heavier rain to the west of us, but that is looking to drop south. Coming up next, Albany Law School Professor Emeritus Paul Finkelman delivering a keynote address at a symposium focused on the history of immigration in america. Mr. Finkelman compares the roles of congress, states, and the president in developing immigration policy from the colonial period to modern day. This event is part of a twoday u. S.
