Central defender Gareth McAuley was named the Official Supporters Club Player of the Year at tonight s Player Awards Evening at the Greshams Sports and Social Club.
Boss Paul Jewell has revealed that he’s spoken to Hull City’s head of football operations Adam Pearson on a number of occasions regarding Jimmy Bullard’s future and says the ball is in the Tigers’ court. The 32-year-old – who has enjoyed a hugely successful loan spell with the Blues in the second half of the season - has another two years remaining on his £45,000-a-week contract at the KC Stadium.
The official Town Supporters Club still have tickets on sale for their annual Player Awards Evening at the Greshams Sports and Social Club in Tuddenham Road on Sunday, 3rd May (6pm to 11pm). The event will see the presentation of the official Player of the Year gong and other awards.
Tickets to Town’s Player Awards Evening will go on sale at Saturday’s home game against Barnsley. The annual event, organised by the Supporters Club, will take place at the Greshams Sports and Social Club in Tuddenham Road on Sunday 2nd May from 6pm until 11pm.
