New batches of your favorite local maple syrup may be hitting the shelf a little early this year, thanks to the warm winter forcing local farmers to start production a few weeks sooner than normal.
Western New York Maple Producers Association has enlisted a national television correspondent to help promote this year’s Maple Weekend over two weekends in March.
Maple syrup has many more uses than just tasting great on pancakes. Maple products can be used for breakfast, lunch and dinner meals, as well as desserts.
