First custom Catalyst yacht support tender leaves Lloyd Stevenson Boatbuilders yard

The original design Lloyd Stevenson Boats Custom Catalyst - T/T Skorpios © Lloyd Stevenson The first custom Catalyst yacht support tender to leave Lloyd Stevenson Boatbuilders’ yard was completed in February. After sea trials in Auckland, T/T Skorpios was shipped to Europe to join her mothership, the carbon-built 38m (125-foot) Club Swan high-performance superyacht S/Y Skorpios, currently under construction in Finland. Lloyd Stevenson Boatbuilders (LSB) has many years’ experience building superyacht tenders, but T/T Skorpios is the first Catalyst from the yard since the company acquired the moulds from Salthouse Boatbuilders in 2019. T/T Skorpios is Catalyst number 19 – Salthouse built 18, starting with the original high-performance chase boats for Emirates Team New Zealand’s 2013 Louis Vuitton and America’s Cup campaigns. T/T Skorpios is the 67th custom-build for LSB.
