Reporter just about ten minutes ago, they cut down the police tape here at 23 and valencia where im standing, but for a few hours, this area was paralyzed. San Francisco Police got a call at 8 00 p. M. At the corner of 23 and bartlet, there was a suspicious twice with wires sticking out that elicited a large response from the san Francisco Police department. A large portion of the Mission District was corded off. At one point, there was a shelter in place warning. An hour after that, those residents were evacuated near their home at 23 and bartlet.
