All parts of the country are in good shape, in all cases getting better. And we are seeing very little that we are going to look at as a superseding hotspot. Hings are moving along really a horrible situation that we have been confronted with, but they are moving along. As we express our gratitude for these hardfought gains, we continue to mourn with thousands of families across the country whose loved ones have been stolen from us by the invisible enemy. We grieve

I have put up 80 mobile test sites across the state. We ranked 25th in the nation in number of testing. It is time for a measured reopening. I told oklahomans we will be data driven and continued to watch the trends but if the percentage of tests start increasing or hospitalizations increase, we will kick back one of those phases and we can reserve the rights to back up if we need to.
