The deal to sell the 317,400-square-foot Central Maine Commerce Center complex is especially notable given the nationwide work-from-home trend and a shifting capital markets environment that has seen higher borrowing costs.
Co-owner and CEO Jeff Buckwalter said it was time for the company to get back to meeting in person "and regain that synergy that Zoom meetings simply don't have."
