Delays yet. Were following breaking news now out of chester county. Police are looking for a gunman in whats become a Murder Investigation in phoenixville. In the past half hour, weve learned that 20yearold Joshua Mitchell has died. We also just got a picture of the man that police are looking for. He is 21yearold keon carpenter. Police warn that he is considered armed and dangerous. In Camden County, a fire caused a condo to collapse. Its at the end of a complex under construction. The fire started around 3 30 this morning at jarvis and williamstown area roads in sticklerville. At least one other condo was damaged. The cause is under investigation. And a stampede at a train station in india killed at least 22 people. A rush hour crowd was walking on a pedestrian bridge connecting two rail stations in mumbai when concrete fell and hit the bridge. That apparently triggered the stampede.
