No one was injured from a house fire in Gregoire.
Shortly before 12 p.m. on Monday, firefighters were called to Greenway Place after getting reports of smoke coming from the windows.
Several individuals were in the home but were able to escape before crews arrived.
The blaze was put under control around an hour later.
The RMWB says the house was significantly damaged, while no neighbouring properties received any damage.
The fire department plans to monitor the property throughout the evening for potential hot spots.
