Updated: 6:25 PM EDT May 13, 2021 An Upstate man was arrested Thursday on multiple sexual assault counts involving five separate adult victims, according to deputies. Trey Jerell Frasier, 27, of Seneca, was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center for a string of charges that include five counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping, first-degree burglary and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.At least two of the sexual assaults happened on a road and two happened at Frasier s home, according to warrants.Four of the criminal sexual conduct counts and the kidnapping charge stem from an initial investigation into a sexual assault that was reported to the sheriff’s office on April 25, Master Deputy Jimmy Watt said.Investigators discovered additional victims who had been sexually assaulted by Frasier, Watt said. According to arrest warrants, one victim was sexually assaulted in November 2018 in an incident in which Frasier w
