TOWN council members have agreed to act after concerns were raised about shopping trolleys being a potential ‘life-threatening’ danger in their area. Holywell Town Council members met virtually where a concerned resident had brought up the issue of a ‘near miss’ by the town’s Tesco supermarket – and says this isn’t the first time it has happened. Members of the council were informed of the shopping trolleys being ‘dumped’ over the side of a nearby bridge which overlooks one of the pathways into the Greenfield Valley Heritage Park.
