Greene County Bancorp, Inc. Announces Cash Dividend
Greene County Bancorp, Inc.April 21, 2021 GMT
CATSKILL, N.Y., April 21, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Greene County Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ-GCBC) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend reflects an annual cash dividend rate of $0.48 per share, which is the same rate as the dividend declared during the previous quarter.
The cash dividend for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 will be paid to shareholders of record as of May 15, 2021, and is expected to be paid on May 28, 2021.

JOHNSTOWN The Common Council entered into an on-call contract with an Albany engineering firm in action approved at its organizational meeting Tuesday night at City Hall.
The council passed a resolution to execute an agreement with Greenman-Pedersen Inc. to provide on-call engineering services to the office of City Engineer Christopher Vose.
The firm will provide the city with general engineering, public works and construction-related services during 2021.
Greenman-Pedersen will perform professional services on an hourly basis, with the maximum amount not to exceed $15,000 set by purchase order.
Fourth Ward Councilman Max Spritzer asked whether it was the same dollar amount as 2020, and Mayor Vern Jackson said it was.
