PARAGOULD, Ark. (Legal Newsline) An Arkansas woman alleges a pharmacy gave her a sedative drug instead of her correct prescription, which caused her to fall asleep at the wheel of her car.
Former Greene County Circuit Court Clerk and longtime political figure Betty Carter Justis passed away Monday afternoon at the age of 91.
The family will receive friends at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home from 4 â 6 p.m. on Wednesday. Funeral services will follow at 6 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Carterâs Chapel Cemetery.
