I rise to recognize ralph and christine brown, a remarkable couple and role models for all the rest of us. They grew up in families of very modest means, and while working full time, ralph began a oneman security business in 1963. What started as lake norman security patrol, incorporated, has expanded into two of the most successful businesses in North Carolina and the country. Security central and alarm south. When i was in fourth grade, i house go to the White Kitchen garden and cook with first Lady Michelle obama. I was lucky to cook Sweet Potatoes along with miss obama and i had a chance to cut tomatoes, carrots, and let us included in our tasty lunch following the harvest. I really enjoyed that experience. Now i spend more time in the kitchen cooking homemade recipes and i do it with a twist. I started doing healthy recipes like making my own salad. Michelle obama also inspired me to someday grow my own garden and use plants and best doubles and fruits to make my own recipes. My school, which is a lets move active school and the department of Education Green Ribbon School , also inspired me to go outside more and play.
