HVACR trade body BESA is launching what it claims is the first online heat pump installation course that isn t aligned to a particular manufacturer - and offering the first 700 places free.
The installer training, covering both air and ground source heat pump installation, though majoring on air source, will be delivered from March through BESA s online training academy, in collaboration with manufacturer Worcester Bosch and the Home Builders Federation. The course, currently in the final stages of development, will provide around five hours worth of interactive training, ending in an assessment and a BESA-endorsed certificate.
