The pipe is four feet deep. The break created a sinkhole. You can see they reached the pipe, now they have to replace it. East bay midhas a pipe replacement program. Sf environment also implement a number of California Energy Commission Grants including a grant that were just Getting Started on looking for opportunities for electric vehicle charging in multi unit dwellings. The city is a member of an Organization Called the neutral alliance, and were working on a grant with portland and other industry stakeholders and a consultant who is verifying a carbon standard that would provide access to private sector investors to access the Carbon Market for electric vehicle charging infrastructure, so thats really interesting project thats gaining traction.
