Ends two-day staff retreat
The management of Green Cities Incorporated, a social enterprise specialized in waste management in Liberia, has launched a five-year strategic plan intended to set the platform for the company to implement its goals.
The five-year strategic plan unveiled recently at a two-day retreat in Monrovia by Mr. James Mulbah, Chief Executive Officer of Green Cities, will run from 2021 to 2025.
He said the plan will also prepare the company and its staff to be more robust in its activities for this year. The retreat was attended by 20 employees of the company.
According to him, the plan will focus on leadership and job ethics that ensure a better opportunity for them.
