Weld County Commissioner Kevin Ross will head the board of county commissioners after he was elected chairman Wednesday in a 4-1 vote. Commissioner Lori Saine, who also voted against the board's selection for chair pro-tem, coordinator roles and advisory board appointments, was the lone no vote.
