The Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce has announced that Mr. Sean Stockard was terminated in late December as its Chief Executive Officer, a position he held from November 2nd to December 24th. âAfter a series of unfortunate events, the Board of Directors lost confidence in Mr. Stockardâs abilities to perform the duties of the position for which he was hired.â said 2020-21 Chairman Logan Morris. The Chamber retained the services of Jorgensen Consulting, a premier Non-Profit Executive Recruiting Firm with 25 years of experience in that field, to identify and qualify candidates that aligned with the organizationâs goals and mission. That process began in February of 2020, just two weeks before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the nation and rest of the world.
