With experience as a land and air paramedic, police officer, undercover detective, fire captain, private-sector emergency management co-ordinator and an emergency services instructor based out of one of Canada’s largest airports, Perth County’s new emergency management co-ordinator might just be the right man for the job.
“I am more than positive we got the right person to do the job after my meeting with him yesterday,” Perth County Warden Jim Aitcheson said at Thursday’s county council meeting after introducing David Clarke to the rest of council.
