OSWEGO - Her ongoing dedication to bringing teams together to do good work recently earned Chena Tucker, director of SUNY Oswegoâs Office of Business and Community Relations (OBCR), the Nancy L. Premo â Woman of Distinction Award from the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce (GOFCC).
