Knysna business feeling impact of added restrictions
âIt’s a massive setback, but Knysnaâs going to survive it. I have never doubted that,â reckons Richard Sohn from the Greater Knysna Business Chamber. 22:14
NOMPU SIZIBA: At this time of the year, the town of Knysna in the Western Cape enjoys a great deal of tourism, being a picturesque place with beaches. It forms part of the Garden Route and has been affected by the latest regulations that seek to deal with the surge of Coronavirus cases. The regulations include no access to beaches on the garden route over the festive season. Since last week, it’s been reported that a number of Knysna-bound visitors have since cancelled their hotel and other holiday reservations, electing to stay home.
