‘Cavs Cab’ wine released, with help of Austin Carr, Cavaliers and Washington winery

CLEVELAND, Ohio – “Cavs Cab” – a wine curated from former Cleveland Cavalier, announcer and oenophile Austin Carr - is now available.
A portion of proceeds from each bottle sold will benefit the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.
Cleveland artist Aaron Sechrist (aka okpants) collaborated with the Cavaliers creative team on the label.
In October, Nocking Point Wines and the Cavs partnered on a Cavaliers Curated Wine Club. The soon-to-launch club will send subscribers a co-branded box with exclusive Nocking Point wines that feature the works of Cleveland artists on the labels and will be packaged with a mix of Cavaliers merchandise.

CHAGRIN FALLS, Ohio – The Chagrin Falls Schools’ return to full-day, in-person instruction is going well so far, Superintendent Robert Hunt told the Chagrin Falls Board of Education Wednesday (Jan. 20).
“It’s been a very smooth couple of days, with our 7-12 students reintegrating into the buildings,” Hunt said. “We’ve seen an increase in numbers at the high school of students taking advantage of the open campus at lunch, so the numbers are very manageable.”
Board President Phil Rankin asked Hunt what the return to full-day, in-person learning has been like for grades 7-12 students, who have been in the district’s hybrid model most of the school year.
