By News Director Jared Atha A Texas couple staying at an Elk City hotel was arrested and charged last month after being accused of smoking illegal drugs in the presence of minors. According to a probable cause affidavit a detective with the Elk City Police Department was asked to investigate a couple at the Great Plains Regional Medical Center who had brought their children to the hospital for treatment. The detective stated in the document that during an interview with the couple, 28-year-old Ashley Michelle Goins and 29-year-old Kevin Montreal Fuller of Euless, Texas, it appeared that they were hallucinating medical issues with their children such as parasites, fluid around their brain, eyes and noses.
