The Great Lakes Water Authority on Wednesday approved a term sheet for a proposed settlement deal with the city of Highland Park that could end their yearslong dispute over unpaid water and sewage bills.
GLWA said the repair now extends beyond September 3rd. That means irrigation bans are still in place for several communities in order to preserve water pressure.
