The footage shows the driver of an older Jeep (with a Punisher sticker in the rear window, naturally) cutting him off, brake checking, and blocking him from attempting to pass. The dangerous haranguer eventually outstretches a phone, presumably recording Anderson in the name of Great Justice before finally speeding off.
Anderson says this is the third time that somebody has driven dangerously or erratically in apparent response to his out-of-province appearance. He has not specified whether the others brandished such intimidating skull stickers, however.
COVID-19 anxiety is real and understandable, but there is no sense in endangering others especially without any knowledge of their circumstances. Keep it safe and civil out there.
