They capsize before 4 00 in the afternoon. They responded to the red alert. A member of the coast guard who pulled them out of the water using a rope said that strong winds probably contributed to the capsize. Reporter he estimates the water was 65 degrees and they were in the water for about 20 minutes. The concern that the children were more vulnerable to hyperlipidemia. Hyperthermia. We do not know if they ingested any of the water. Reporter Emergency Responder cena everyone on board was wearing a white jacket and that is why no one was hurt. I suspect that this would not have been as positive of an outback outcome. A small advisory was in fact at the time the boat was in the water.
