system, one of the great barriers to the localization of energy is that the utilities, i live, that i am not legally allowed to sell my power back to the utilities which would create or give homeowners an incentive to do this. the fact of the matter is because of the utility mo nop his and the rest of it, that they don t want to take it. is that true? as i said, their business model makes it really hard for them to move forward. that s why a lot of the real innovations in the community-based energy are actually happening in other countries. like where? like in germany they re really moving forward. actually in the develop developing economies, micropower, locally generated powers are outpacing traditional powers. it s the barriers in our economy that are holds us back.
