Here s how much snow fell in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine

December 18, 2020 Most of Massachusetts is shoveling out from under almost a foot of snow on Friday, courtesy of the nor’easter that pummeled the region starting mid-week.  But if you think the Bay State saw sizable accumulations (Newton reported 14.5 inches, while most of the coast and Cape Cod saw significantly less snowfall), towns to the north in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine are digging out from more than double the snow. In Vermont, the towns of Ludlow and Springfield received 41 inches of snow, according to the National Weather Service Burlington. More than a few other towns weren’t far behind: Windsor (39), Reading (38), Danby (37.5), and Plymouth (36).
