New Weapon: 30-30 Repeater
This heavy ammo lever-action repeater boasts hard-hitting rounds that’ll nail a fleeing Mirage at 200 paces.
The 30-30 is the benchmark for reliability, designed to withstand whipping sandstorms and temporal instability, which made it an obvious choice for the Apex Games.
DISCIPLINED TRIGGER FINGER
The 30-30 Repeater requires the user to rechamber their rounds between shots which brings a methodic rhythm to the rifle, an analogue elegance that the modern weapons of the Outlands just can’t quite capture.
To further tempt those itchy trigger fingers, the 30-30 Repeater has a built-in charge giving players an opportunity to deal increased damage with each shot at the cost of a short build-up.

Still going strong more than two years on from its initial launch, today Apex Legends is hosting another big event as part of its Season 8 content series. The new additions, which we’ve already seen some Patch Notes for, will sit under the catchy title of the Chaos Theory Collection Event.

New Legend - Fuse
Going through a phase. Updated on 2 February 2021
Poor Wraith - she s already had her tactical ability tweaked and her iconic Naruto run removed entirely, but it seems all that still wasn t enough to weaken the legend, as Respawn is now increasing the size of her hitbox.
Wraith has long been a popular pick in Apex Legends due to both her maneuverability and small size. Despite the introduction of the Low Profile perk to increase damage against her and other small legends - along with the removal of her Naruto running animation - it seems Wraith was still too tricky to hit, as her win rate continue[d] to be at the very top as it has since day one . As explained in the Season 8 patch notes, Respawn hopes to control Wraith s power without nerfing her abilities, and one way to do so is by changing her hitbox.
