CHELSEA, MI – Just feet from the city’s iconic clock tower there’s a hot new restaurant in Chelsea serving up burgers, sushi and upscale entrees.
Seven years ago, Jason and Suzei Povlich, who also own the Rumpus Room craft beer bar and several local Jet’s Pizza franchises, resolved to bring a sushi restaurant to their hometown. When Chelsea Alehouse relocated in 2018, they saw an opportunity and opened The Grateful Crow.
“Probably the biggest thing I hear is that Chelsea needs another good restaurant that’s different,” Jason Povlich said. “So you know, we went to town with it.”
