How many people are impacted by this closure . This road runs right off Lower Grassy Branch road. Those that live in 40 homes have been impacted. They are having to use a single lane dirt road to get home. The impact of the road collapse affects rick randall who lives adjacent to due pray circle. He says the road bordering his property needs a permanent fix. The collapse caused water and causing quite a bit of damage. It lost some mud in the yard and it did some damage to the place, got my water lines and my heat duct system. But i have my family still. Sevierville, TN (WOKI) Skeletal remains found last week in Sevier County have been recovered and sent for examination.
Officials with the Sevier County Sheriff's Office say the remains were found August 23, 2023 by a tree trimming crew working the area near Grassy Branch
